when I use -d -e on zfs receive on SmartOS global zone , to receive datasets, if datasets and it's childs have set zfs mountpoint to legacy , incremental zfs receive fails , also fails to create missing datasets as stated in the command. This of course broke my backups sending. (to the global zone via ssh, I admit)

Ended up not sending any dataset with legacy as the monutpoint
