Do I only see that zlogin -C or 'vmadm console' behaves very bad under remote screen session over ssh?

Console is limited to certain dimensions and when editing commands in shell console behaves erratic (it's Bhyve HVM with Debian 10 inside)

It doesn't scroll the screen on the new line when line is filled etc

When editing and moving back with cursor keys, it jumps to previous line and line after and back erratically

Also when on Display port to HDM cable on monitor and the real SmartOS console (HP 800 G3 SFF), when running 'prstat' , display is shifted upwards, not displaying title line or displaying title line but with garbled characters.

the terminal type setting inside the zlogin probably isn't the same was what was set in the initial screen session.

I suspect not much info on that is passed across the zlogin

The default terminal type on the linux console is probably "linux"

The setting inside screen before zlogin is more likely to be vt100 or xterm or something thereabouts
