i'm not getting ip6 connectivity on a new server from a zone, all i included int he nic definition in the zone file is the nictag, and the v6addr in ips: [] (with the prefixlen at the end). and then i ran route -p add -inet6 default $gw from the zone .. but it's not working. no further configuration. am i missing something obious here or there might be more to the network configuration in this provider than meets the eye?

well, isee the ip assigned in the zone, i can ping the default gateway, i have set the default gateway, i can ping the global zone from the zone, its just internet stuff that won't work

Or additional re-install of loader should be needed too? (both drives resilvered with previously detaching and attaching one and another, on working system.

system is booted from HDs (piadm) . Maybe piadm will re-install loader with 'activate ' command and that will be effective on both HDs, or not, it needs to be installed on both HDs where system boots from, separately?

Also is it only me or downloading latest USB image of Smartos is rather very slow at the moment?

Now is a bit faster, but still less the 1MiB /s, or more like half of it.

USB smartos image finishes download, but it seems MD5SUM is not right.. 1d79e8d36ea460b138ad25293d206243 smartos-20221020T001410Z-USB.img.gz and for smartos-latest-USB.img.gz and MD5 should be 1d79e8d36ea460b138ad25293d206243 ?

btw, piadm bootable confirmed it is bootable and works after restart
