Question if anyone can answer: A lot of CI/CD stuff on git forges let you specify commands to run in a container, which is created, run, then torn down after. is it possible to do this with illumos/native or LX zones with OmniOS?

i've never used a "proper" CI platform like jenkins. I was wondering if something existed for illumos to be able to spin up stuff on the fly, like how some software on linux can use docker containers to build stuff in a small environment without touching stuff outside the container.

if an existing software doesn't exist i'm sure i could conjure up something... it's just a matter of "is it worth it"
