Yes, something's missing. I'll take a quick look. In bloody we sometimes take the odd short cut that we wouldn't take in a release version, but we still don't intentionally break things. pycurl moved from being bundled with pkg itself to being supplied by the OS package (because of a bug in pycurl, long story) and we may have missed fixing up the dependency.

In which case, thanks tsoome for testing and finding this before the next stable release :)

New OmniOS releases are out with security update for git and rsync

woohoo

rsync will be out for SmartOS in its next release (and of course they made changes last-minute that break gcc14 on our illumos-extra build).

Hopefully it's just github.com/omniosorg/omnios-build/b…ter/build/rsync/patches/gcc14.patch
