mostly since people want me to file a bug w/ qemu about their ahci emulation, but qemu requires a version, and I don't know what version this hypervisor is using
-
richlowe
does it reproduce on the packaged qemu?
-
richlowe
not sure how easy that is to work out
-
richlowe
but the only way I can tell is the guest addition thing
-
richlowe
and I'm not 100% on that
-
jbk
i don't have any sytems where I can test that
-
jbk
we've tried to build the qemu guest bits on illumos (for other reasons)... not had success so far
-
richlowe
ah, I haven't ever looked
-
richlowe
or at the fw-cfg thing
-
jbk
it probably just needs a few weeks of dedicated work to patch and get build
-
jbk
i guess if it's something that should hold up RTI or not
-

-
richlowe
jbk: not my department, but I wouldn't if it's a hosted qemu
-
richlowe
best you could do is tell the host and let them do it

So jealous of them.

LXGHTNXNG
You shouldn't be. A rational BC government would have cancelled it before March.
-
nomad
We'll have to agree to disagree on that point.

I like having more light in the evening.

(longer light, however you want to say it.)

That's not the time authority's problem, but your workplace's problem for kicking out too late.
-
LXGHTNXNG
But that's not a convo the West is ready for.

My understanding is that in Xinjiang the time zone is so far perma-DST'd that working hours have shifted later to compensate.
