huh, how old OI. /dev in pkg publisher? or /hipster. Nevertheless, better asking on OI channel . see versions of userland and osnet incorporations. There were the time, when I managed to inspire having at least one sure point of update from /dev and that is /hipster-2015, as a step in between for oldish OI updates, but that was long ago.
