BadRequest: wouldn't that create a system prompt? i want to be able to define account based prompts

bad BadRequest: for some reason i cant stop the system prompt from playing. the allow account override from the link does play the custom media, but the system prompt still plays after...

Is it working now?

If not, look at the conference callflow to see if it is configured to play both or look at the logs to see what is triggering both prompts to be played.
