  I cannot get a freebsd bhyve vm working. tried several times. it gets deployed, but there is no console, no vnc, nothing

  depending on the vnc client you may need to set a vnc password, at least the builtin macOS one requires that you have one set

  mongole: bhyve vnc requires uefi. The FreeBSD image doesn't support uefi.

  when deploying debian in an lx brand zone, it gets an address and is available via ssh imemdiately

  jbk: It just doesn't have the uefi stuff set up on the disk image. It could be added, it just hasn't been yet.
