  ismell: late reply, but I am running tailscale in native zones as well as in bhyve. I don't believe it will work under lx

  I'd suggest native, unless there's some reason to to BHYVE. (And yes, LX will not work well with anything that pokes its nose in kernel/device-driver land.)
