-
bahamatjbk: There was a flag day.
-
jbkbahamat: i've updated everything in smartos-live (at least gmake update)
-
jbkso I have all the flag day changes that i'm aware of..
-
bahamatDid you also update illumos-joyent?
-
jbkyes
-
jbkgmake update AFAIK should updated everything
-
jbk(then did a gmake clean before building)
-
jbkit seems to be some bad interaction with yacc + C++
-
jperkinTritonDataCenter/smartos-live #1104 probably
-
jbkoh... maybe need to also re-run configure
-
jbkor just modify the illumos.sh it generates
-
jbki will try that...
-
jbkthat seems to have fixed it
-
jbki should find the email, but i've been running latest smartos + the latest ACPI bits that someone (I forget their name) put up for quite some time now (w/o any issues)
-
jbkif maybe we want to update acpica in illumos
-
jbkwas there a flag day for that change?
-
bahamatYeah.
-
jbkoh i must have missed that one.. i could only find the one from Dan on the svccfg tools stuff (which doesn't mention needing to re-run configure)
-
jbk(therewas also one for building triton, but i'm not doing that)
-
bahamatIn the ticket he mentions a "baby flag day", so maybe he didn't send an email for that one?
-
danmcdBaby flag day message:
-
danmcd
-
danmcdDid NOT mention folks who don't clobber need to re-generate illumos.sh, so that's my omission; sorry.

jdtWorking on getting Triton used by my team and I've suddenly realized I've never really used it in a multi-user environment (outside of JPC). It's always just been me. Lol. How do I allow viewing of VMs that are owned by other users using the 'triton' CLI tools? All of my users are privileged, so they can see everything in the web interface.
