Smithx10: they ripped out illumos support a few years back, so someone would have to maintain a possibly-quite-large patchset that will never be merged upstream

that's not a complete barrier, we do that for a number of other things, but I just don't think mongo is all that popular these days, the only time I've ever been asked for it is in the context of running the unifi controller software

jfqd1: there are two, ruby-mysql2 and ruby-mysql28, as they made incompatible changes in 2.9

We've had some cable issues recently / ToR config issues that have taken down aggregations, and we'd like to better monitor it. Guessing with Cmon, i should just push a plugin?
