It does look like you can take one of the omnios debian 12 images and upgrade it to trixie, I did not give it a good shake down though just did the usualt apt update, ... update the sources.list, apt update, apt upgrade, apt dist-upgrade, apt autoremove, apt clean cycle

OK only thing that seems broken is journald which seems rather important xD
