I see there's an entry for the 6502 processor. Should I fire up one of my 8-bit Ataris ?

I am installing an ipkg zone and it is terribly slow. I am wondering which mirror is used. the zone installer shows this: imgur.com/a/u0YAGLf

As you can see I have the swiss server and the us mirror aswell defined. I am located in the EU. The download speed is unbearably slow.

I just tried doing a `pkg refresh` on a system that's not been updated in a while and it's looking rather slow as well.

I think I have a similar setup to you and also EU based

I heard a complaint about slow downloads from the EU server through another channel too

I tested it right after and maxed out my gigabit fiber from the EU mirrir _and_ from the US West mirror

Ooops I posted ^^^ in the wrong channel, but the sentiment applies.

looking again, I think my issue is a local problem, new router and so slightly different local addressing so the configured dns server doesn't exist any more
