Hello, is there a way to get an entire package file from the omnios (stable) repos? I need wpa_supplicant and don't have ethernet to go online or another install to fetch it. Thanks to anyone who can help.

uf4096: it could help to create a bundle of all required packages and put that into a file. you would need someone collecting that files for you.

check out pkgrecv(1) and its `-a` option which lets you create a pkg archive:

but there is no `wpa_supplicant` package for omnios. this is a server os, we don't deal with wifi

would you still say that if your ethernet ports were so unstable that a small knock could break the connection?
