Hi to all. Anyone here who can kindly confirm me that OmniOS can run fine on a mainboard with Intel chipset H610, supporting al least Intel Core 12th Gen CPU? Thanks!

All I can say is that you should try it.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's fine, but I've never tried it.

... 12th Gen is Alder Lake.... You can run it BUT if you have a mixed-core CPU you will need to tell your BIOS to disable one set.

I have an Alder Lake NUC N100 (all low-power cores) but I haven't tried it on a bigger 12th-gen. It should work per @LXGHTNXNG ' s thoughts.

Be aware of the mixed-core problem(s) however.

so, I'm trying to make a package, but I'm getting "Expecting a dir action for bin, but pkg://omnios/SUNWcs⊙0,5.11-151050.0:20250313T155906Z delivers it as a link." I'm pretty sure I need to do something in the .mog to fix this, but I'm not sure what.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
