did a fair amount of poking and haven't found the answer yet - figure i'd ask here before i venture into the source code

the concept of `provider', as shown by zadm list-images: is this a zadm/omnios specific thing? rather than something generically `zones'?

the zadm pod was v light on details. have no idea how these things are defined, whether it's possible/easy to add/remove providers, have my own etc.

actually, just had an idea of where to check. answered my own question. it's all just perl in zadm - Zadm::Image::$provider - so unless specifically wanting to use/extend zadm, not any core concept. was looking around in IPS and stuff. :)

I guess it's also a bug/oversight that the proxmox zadm img list is only sourced from aplinfo.dat - stuff is wicked outdated, aplinfo-pve-8.dat has the new stuff. will try and merge known ones and make a pullreq
