I'm nt sure if this is a bug, I suspect it's pkg making life hard to express what I actually wanted to happen: I just updated bloody and get python 3.12 as `python`, but I _didn't_ end up getting setuptools, or anything.

and I think the pkgdepend support for names like: /usr/lib/python3.12/lib-dynload/grp.cpython-312-x86_64-pc-solaris2.so assume that the host and target machine are the same
