You probably want `pkg fix`

it takes a package name - or you can run `pkg verify` for a report on everything

andyf I'm still seeing Can't locate Sun/Solaris/Privilege.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Sun::Solaris::Privilege module) after installing a new onu this broke

Was it an illumos-gate onu? If so, illumos-gate doesn't have that module any more.

It was ripped out a while back, and it got re-added to OmniOS

andyf it was an omnios one, just found out trying to run zadm

It sounds like you have `onu`d to a branch based off illumos-gate and not one based of omnios master. If so, it's expected that zadm won't run but it should if you go back to the old boot environment.
