would it be possible to include libusb/libusb1 in omnios? well it migh tbe good to have in smartos too .... all to get the USB connected UPS systems more easely connected.

libusb1 is in omnios-extra. no plans to add libusb.

libusb1 also won't work in zones as it uses libdevinfo to enumerate available devices

oh, I searched badly on the linux side, there's a "libgusb2", which _of course_ uses libusb1
