gwr_: even happier to see the interrupt handling fix in test-runner

I wonder if rpz ever figured out why missing tests skip for me but not there

richlowe: when things are less crazy I have so many things I want to circle back on, which I guess is true for all of us

yeah, I was just wondering if we should ask gwr_ to look into it while he's fixing so much :)
