we _really_ need some kind of check that people stop thinking `getopt` returns `char`

I know this isn't exactly #illumos related, but can a kind soul direct me towards the right technology to set up my own streaming service on my own VPS?

As far as I can tell, all the "open source" tools are receive only; the streaming services used by Netflix and Twitch and such seem all to be proprietary? Can one buy a box from a shelf?

Ok, maybe Jellyfin is it? I'll try that first.
