do we have a big hammer tunable to make pageout work harder, or do we just tune the normal tunables to untennable values?

richlowe: well, you could consume more memory, that will increase the scan rate and make pressure on paging, but I'm not aware of any tuneables

oh wait, of course the memory caps could help for single processes
