though speaking of NVMe, I did want to ask if you had any objections of adding cdw10 (command-specific dword 10) and cdw11 to the nvme passthru ioctl -- we did it in our fork so we can issue the nvme security send/recv commands (similar to the security protocol in/out for scsi), but it'd be nice to not have the difference..
