anyone built a driver-torture mblk/dblk allocator? trying to test the change to e1000g_tx.c in code.illumos.org/c/illumos-gate/+/4585 and haven't been able to get the inner dtrace probe to fire.

danmcd: if you plug in another keyboard, what happens? (not diagnostically, but as a way to get you a working keyboard for debugging)

diagnostically, I think a thing we used to ask people was if plugging it after boot changed anything, v. possibly having the bios and everyone havea poke at it first

It was plugged in after boot (via KVM switch). I've a few more things to try.

unless they got a lot better recently, KVM also relevant :)

Old KB (1999 one) worked great.
