darwin: there aren't ISOs for m38.1, it's only the 3 zap packages that are different from m38 so install that, do a quick upgrade and you're sorted

We may need to glance over any changes that occurred to the spec.

IIRC (it's been a while) I (with attribution of course) used the test cases from the rust crate... probably a good start might be to update those if there's any new ones and see what happens

i also remember talking with some of the people working on it either for rust or libutils.. so hopefully if there is, it'll be minor tweaks
