Hey @richlowe should I fire up one of my 8-bit Ataris to test the 6502 ? (I was surprised to see that in ELF definitions...)

it's especially annoying it's in the "safe" range that fit in a byte

I feel like "back in the day" has existed as a phrase long enough it's now insufficiently specific

it could be anywhere from "mcdonalds had the good apple pie" to "we used to write down the little counter numbers from the cassette player to avoid multiplying by 60"

ahh yes, when they should have (but didn't) contain the warning 'caution: filled with lava' on the box

I never liked McDonald's apple pie: lava or no lava.

i remember them as a kid and the lava bit is very apt :)
