hey guys, what is running /etc/flash/precreation/caplib to mount libc variant? can't find any references in service methods

or rather, what mounts the x86 libc variant on boot?

looks like it took us until 11.4 to delete /etc/flash, but it's gone on our side now

yeah, the primary danger it presents is confusing people like the above into thinking it still has some use

it's not like anyone is likely to notice saving the tiny number of kilobytes of disk space it wastes
