I know we put firmware into our chelsio cards at Oxide, but I think it's a bit of a dance to do so (for reasons that probably don't apply to you)

Today the Chelsio driver only ships with the actual device firmware which is separate from the boot firmware.

We can probalby improve the tools there for writing to those other regions.
