I have a two-line patch related to Korean keyboard support. If I want to report this, should I write an issue and then submit it to Gerrit?

The special keys for the PS2 Korean keyboard are already handled by the kb8042 driver, but for some unknown reason, they were omitted from the mapping keycode2usb mapping. (Generally, Solaris keyboards are considered USB keyboards.)
