nwilkens@Meths we experienced an issue similar to this on Dell R6515's.. Intel NVMe's worked fine, but Micron's acted like you are describing. Changing an NVMe BIOS parameter from "Dell Qualified NVMe drives" to "All Drives" resolved our similar issue.
