is there a tool to resize/move partitions?

(just FFS/UFS, not ZFS)

darwin: nothing particularly easy. on those occasions when I've needed to do that sort of thing I generally have taken one disk out of a mirror (zfs or SVM), rejuggled its partition, reattached it to the mirror, waited for resilvering to finish, then repeated with the other side.
