I am having a machine donated to me by a friend expressly for illumos development but my client wants to pay for it because it will replace my current illumos machine that he needs to run windows or linux

and yes, i have been more a debugger than a developer, I promise this will improve

anyway we are both fans of Solaris as the only unix standing besides AIX and illumos and bsd are the only unix derivatives still standing

and even ibm doesn't use AIX for their supercomputers, who would, it's incomprehensible

I don't know actually how to request code review though

i didn't make my own git tree and probably should have?

tbh, git is more complex than sccs or rcs and i get confused
