anybody here familiar with FreeNAS mini hardware, getting it to boot from iSCSI?

it can apparently do this, its sitting under my desk atm and the hardware POSTs

but after that, nothing. If i can't persuade it to PXE boot I should try USB at least.

it is (of course ;-) running Pure FreeBSD

so i was once asking about why xorg-server 21.1.16 update isn't in quarterly branch yet and i guess bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=285070 and reviews.freebsd.org/D49176 answers that question(no idea about the procedure for commiting in main branch)

hm, but all of that already landed in main, but I don't see any explaination why it wasn't backported to quarterly anywhere there (or even if it was considered at all)

yeah, like i said the other day, i'm surprised this wasn't backported (yet? it's been a while) and nothing there explains why not
