trying to do four commands on one line (default root shell) and wondering why I don't get autocompletion except for the first: freebsd-update fetch; freebsd-update install; pkg update; pkg upgrade. Also didn't get autocompletion using '&&' separator

this is going to sound werid, but how do i check what version of freebsd i am running in a jail? when i do uname -r it is showing the host.. not hte jail

i know the jail SHOULD be 13.3 but uname -r does not seem tow ork

the bhyve web interface that comes with truenas (freebsd-based) can also manage vm's quite well, although it's probably an overkill if I just want to run something on my laptop

i was struggling with getting the network interfaces to work and went back to vm-script but he does walk through it
