hey mc_ with the multi-repo, what's the proper way to submit PRs when changes are spread across multiple apps (like schema changes in crossbar combined with code somewhere else)?

What I did was just do a PR on kazoo-fax and another PR on kazoo-crossbar, with the same PR title. But I'm wondering if there's a particular format that needs to be followed or something.

(and I used same branch name on both repos)
