using bria softphone on open source platform. trying to get sms working

i have a node.js server consuming MESSAGE. for outbound (from kazoo registered device) it gets MESSAGE and passes to VoIP Innovations which send sms to mobile.

that works

for inbound VI is sending to kazoo but how do i send to registered device
