brian_: Correct me but I think the off-net outbound resources INVITES are generated in Freeswitch direct to the carrier. I beleive the max_limit in kamailio would be for calls generated in kamailio or invites passing through

bongfrog that depends on your config - some folk send calls to carrier via kamailio and some don't

if they're going straight outta FS then don't think you can do anything here.
