Where I can find a source for HTTP bookkeeper?

I don't see core/kazoo_services/src/bookkeepers/kz_bookkeeper_http.erl anywhere in 4.3

btracht: Qubicle is better designed and probably more reliable, but it's closed source. ACDC may have a few enterprise features that Qubicle does not (not sure of that.) Also, ACDC does not work across cluster zones.

mentax_: I just see references to it in documentation, but not in the source, so I suspect it has been removed.

mc_: can you please confirm that http bookkeeper was removed?

mentax: it was removed, you can go through the old source tree and pull the module and it'll still compile with otp19, then you change master_account_bookkeeper in couch
