lvlinux: no, we still have debian builds going but operations wishes to stay with RPM-based for now

hopefully we can get proper support for a debian repo

right now the .deb are artifacts from our CI runs

so we can fetch and use if needed for local dev

If I use kamailios own RPMs for rocky 8, can I use anything newer than 5.2? Is there anything majorly different between the kazoo-kamailio rpm and kamailio RPM?
