i have customized the new user notification email, uploaded the attachment, restarted teletype but still sending the original doc. what am i missing?

can someone recommend good android sip client which will work? Im trying to use couple different phones, but they quit responding after 5 minutes when phone screen is disabled

I have used Linphone in the past.

I stopped using it because I have not needed to use Android SIP clients and also because from some time to time, my ISP's modem would reload when I place/receive a call to that application. I guess it is/was because of SIP ALG 🤷🏽

well, if you use port 7000 it should pass SIP ALG

the issue with linphone - most of the time it went sleep and deregister

it used to be a feature in google called push agent which tecchnically should wake up SIP Softphone, but I never was able to figure it out

mentax: I think you can configure Linphone in Android to run in the background, that way it does not sleep and deregister.

I think I tried using port 7000 and my modem was still reloading from some time to time when my Android Linphone received/placed a call.

It was very annoying because that modem takes about 2 minutes to fully load :s

lvlinux I know that kamailio have pusher role, did you play with it at all?

mentax: I haven't myself, but there is some instruction on the forum about how to use it along with the pusher kzapp. That does generally require a custom-built Android app I believe though.

(I guess it would probably work with a third party push notifications app, but I don't think that would open the softphone app for you.)
