Yeah, you will need to install Kazoo from sources, that is what we developers use.

I mean, it is not strictly necessary, but it will ease the process a LOT.

Because you will need to compile your changes, make sure everything is working as expected, than create a new release that includes your changes.

attempting to build kerl (installing kazoo from source) but getting: "WARNING: It appears a required development package 'g++' is not installed"

g++ is installed. any help?
