Hi everyone, I am currently trying to install the Kazoo platform based on the online installation instructions. My current problem is that I can't connect to `packages.2600hz.com` from my server (Dedicated at Hetzner).

Based on the traceroute, it looks like the packets are dropped somewhere at cloudflare - do you think this is something configured from 2600hz side (blackholing), or something my hoster should look into?

Yes, I do. From my other server (at OVH) I can reach the page without problem. From the Hetzner host, the traceroute stops after the first hop inside Cloudflares network.

Either the Hetzner Helsinki networks are blackholed at Cloudflare, or something really strange is going on. From a looking glass in another Hetzner DC in Germany, the IP is reachable. From a looking glass in Helsinki (where my server is) it fails at the same point in the traceroute (one or two hops into the cloudflare network) :D

My hoster tells me that this is a problem between Cloudflare and 2600hz's AS and they can't help me. I should directly contact 2600hz :/

I think I am going to put that on my back-back-backlog :D Maybe in a year or so, when I revisit the topic, it magically fixed itself, who knows.
