hmm are token restrictions supposed to work in the open source version of 4.3?

unsuccessful in setting up international calling. i have created a trunk. stepswitch->process number does show correct trunk, but i get 'your call cannot be completed as dialed'

can anyone help?

nevermind... i forgot the testing account is using account based carriers as opposed to system wide. all is working
