17:44:09 Is "Incurred fault #6, FLTBOUNDS %pc = 0x7FFFECBFA501" something to be worried about 18:11:30 What's the context? 18:11:52 Someone is running some scala jar 18:11:58 but it seems to work 18:12:12 but is slow on 1 step, I saw that in the truss 18:12:38 Well, truss generally doesn't make anything faster. ;) 18:13:59 There are a bunch of things that can cause that in a process. If wasn't fatal? 18:57:56 Anyway to capture traffic for a particular process? 20:51:34 network traffic or someting else? 21:01:11 I've had this box https://www.supermicro.com/en/products/system/midtower/5028/SYS-5028A-TN4.cfm running all my home on smartos since 2015. My area was just upgraded from ADSL2 to GPON, and it seems the router zone maxes out at about ~650Mbit. So It tried just some plain routing between vlans with no ipf rules or nat, and it still only does about the same. When watching with mpstat it looks like a single core goes to zero idle while the rest are still 21:01:11 about 80% idle. 21:02:30 I'm just throwing that out there to see if anyone has any tuning suggestions. It's about time I replaced it anyways 21:06:26 Right now I have all 4x1GbE interfaces going into a L2 managed switch in a LAG, and have everything coming in on vlans: isp vlan, local vlan, management vlan, iot vlan 22:14:02 rmustacc: I was able to figure out what was wrong, and it had nothing to do with that segfault 22:14:02 lol 22:14:19 but yes, can you capture network traffic for a particular process?
