19:05:22 <BadRequest> mentax: Different possibilities for that to happen. Your phone may not be sending the re-REGISTER request before the current one expires. Maybe device is being provisioned and the credentials being flushed as part of that provisioning. Maybe you have a cluster configured and the device is registering to a different Kamailio server sometimes when it re-REGISTERs.
