00:57:46 does anyone have more insight into this error in the realm of kazoo than the generic description provided by the freeswitch docs? [CS_CONSUME_MEDIA] [SERVICE_NOT_IMPLEMENTED] 01:28:31 I'm getting wierd behavior where incoming calls seem to ring normally for a handful of rings but, on the client side it behaves as though it is receiving 2 calls back to back with with such a short duration that you may only hear a single ring. Kazoo then sends the call to the user's VM. 12:41:03 Afternoon/Morning everyone. I'm looking for a little advice.  Company I work for has an aging Kazoo 2.x clustered install, that aside from configuring users has been working, happy and thus neglected for years. The underlying hardware recently has an issue and was recovered but has prompted urgent calls for an upgrade. I got lumped with it. 12:41:03 Following some excellent instructions I have an all in one kazoo node working in AWS, have placed calls in and outbound and am generally happy with how to configure and maintain it. I would like to move the old config over without recreating it. I have looked into exporting it via the restful api, but user and device auth is missing. I have looked 12:41:04 into the underlying couddb and that seems to have private fields that the views don't show by default. Could someone offer some advice please on the best way to export and import the database. and if there will be any issues between 2.x and 4.2 database structures. I have not as yet just given it a shot to see what happens. any help greatly 12:41:04 appreciated. Thank you in advance. 16:44:00 lvlinux: https://community.poly.com/t5/VoIP-SIP-Phones/FAQ-How-can-I-prevent-tools-like-sipvicious-or-nuisance-calls/td-p/66679 16:58:15 Have a kazoo build problem, failing after codegen of rabbit_common in lager module, can I pastebin the error here for help? 16:59:41 lemme see if I can paste the error here, (new to IRC!) 17:00:47 shail19: use pastebin or an alike service for pasting long errors, otherwise, you may be kicked out of the server ;) 17:01:13 ok thanks! 17:01:49 Also, when building Kazoo, make sure your Erlang installation matches the one within `make/erlang_version` file. 17:03:09 shail19: make sure you're building off the 4.3 branch as well, master branch isn't stable/working 17:08:05 Cool will do, Erlang version + 4.3 Kazoo branch, will report back after that's done, thanks a lot for the tips/help! 17:34:51 I'm going on a week long bender when 5.0 is made available :P 17:36:35 repeating a question regarding strange behavior...
